Written by When we look at God’s security and provision we tend to look to the many times He didn’t rescue us or come through the way we wanted Him to. It’s easier to blame Him than ourselves or the world. What we fail to do is look at how much He has provided i the meantime. You have to realize that God has provided much more than you give Him credit for…even if you live in abject poverty with absolutely nothing.
Unless it’s a miracle, we tend to say that our provision came from our job, investments, business, etc., instead of by the hand of God. We only seem to give Him credit if we had no way of doing it in the natural, therefore, it had to be a miracle.
So if we flip the script and look at the lack of provision, we tend to overly blame ourselves for not doing enough of the right things or we blame God for not coming through the way we want Him to. All the while mammon gets a free pass to keep us in darkness and blind from her reality and the curse she operates under.
Therefore, we have to change our thinking that in reality (Heaven’s Economy), God is consistently coming through for us. When He doesn’t tangibly produce what we hoped for, we must know that He is up to a much bigger plan and His grace is still being supplied.
What are the small miracles in your life? How did you get your job? How did you get your education? Focus on the consistent supply of miracles and you will begin to see His hand of provision in your life, continually.
